Pay

$16 – $19 starting pay with a weekly attendance bonus
(Pay based on experience)

Hours / Schedule

7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
4-day work weeks (10-hour work days)
Year-round work

Position Overview

As a Fence Installer, you will work both independently and as part of a team to complete daily tasks including digging, grading, staging materials, and installing fences in a timely and professional manner.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work within a team atmosphere to build high-quality residential fences

  • Work independently and with a team to complete tasks

  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Use hand tools and powered digging equipment

  • Keep trucks, job sites, and the warehouse clean and organized

  • Assist with staging materials and preparing for installations

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Who You Are

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment where quality is expected

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule

  • Ability to lift heavy objects (80+ pounds)

  • Fence industry experience is a plus

  • Dependability is a must
